By day, I’m a Technical Project Manager at WeWork. By evening, night, early morning, and weekends, I’m a Fitness Consultant specialized in helping high-achieving women balance their health and wellness with their careers.

I graduated from Rutgers University with a B.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering, then worked for the next two and a half years as a Technology Consultant. I traveled weekly to different cities across the country and, while a taxing career and lifestyle, I developed my own algorithm to structure my days and weeks in a way that I could still make my nutrition and fitness a priority. It took months of establishing and multiple iterations of fine-tuning, but I was able to maintain my physique through losing body fat and gaining muscle mass, start a routine of regular conditioning and cardio, and get stronger - even competing in a powerlifting meet!

After starting my next job as a Project Manager based out of New York City, I applied what I learned to my new and different - but still demanding - career and lifestyle. My philosophy is each person’s algorithm to achieve balance between their careers and their health is unique and individual… but, applicable to subsequent phases of life.
